  • "We had a great experience. The parking lot was ok, but not bad. The best part was for sure the drivers!!! Both time they were very friendly and helpful! Traveling can be stressful, but they added a sense of comfort and humor. We will definitely use Value Park again."

  • "you get what you pay for folks. cheap? yes. value? no. when I landed at LAX I called the number for pick up that they give you when they drop you off. it rang about 20 times, they picked up the phone and then hung up on me. I had to get a ride from another shuttle about four blocks away and walk the rest of the way to the parking lot. when I asked who was in charge of answering the phones everyone there passed the buck to someone else. and when I attempted to talk to the on duty manager, he had the nerve to blow me off and would not even talk to me or apologize for the terrible service. it was about 1 oclock in the morning on sat dec 13 2014. so they were not even busy. if I were a corperate person of value park reading this review I would suggest you go down and talk to the person running your business and give him some training on how to deal with customers. very disappointing experience overall"

  • "The parking facility was clean, safe and easy-to-find. The staff, however, from shuttle drivers to the cashier were unfriendly and lacked professionalism. Our outbound shuttle was satisfactory however, there was nearly an hour wait for a ride from the airport back to ValuePark. The driver blamed it on traffic, but we saw the same vans coming around again and again for other parking companies/hotels (same vehicle numbers.) When we boarded and complained to the driver, she told us, "We can get out and wait for another bus, if we want." The cashier just went through the motions, however our price was exactly as expected. I would be hard-pressed to try ValuePark in the future, based on this experience."

It did take about 15 minutes for a shuttle to come around, which seemed reasonable, but looked as if it was slower than other services considering I saw other shuttles come by as often as 3-5 minutes. Overall, it was a good experience."

  • "Location is close to the airport and the staff was very friendly with very quick in-an-out from the parking lot. The only negative was having to wait 45 minutes at LAX for a shuttle pick-up. Granted it was a VERY busy Sunday night at LAX, but I watched numerous shuttles from other parking lots drive by many times. I saw one company where 9 vans passed my terminal 7 location. I would suggest that 405/Value Park simply add more shuttles to improve their pick-up times during peak hours to become a 5-star facility."

Otherwise it was a good experience, but something should be done to ensure that people park only in designated parking spots."

  • "This was my first time using Value Park and I had a good experience. I arrived a few minutes before my reserved time and was checked right in. I reserved a covered parking spot, but could not find an empty spot in this area. I ended up finding one of the last two spots in the whole building and it was on the roof. \r\n\r\nThe driver waited for me as I was walking down the stairs (elevator was broken), so, that was nice and I had no delay getting to the airport. On the return, I called and texted for a pickup and it came within 5 minutes (he must\'ve been in LAX already, so I lucked out). The shuttle stop was full, but the driver found a spot ahead of the line of busses for me and my family to get on. So that was a relief not having to wait longer after a long flight. Exiting was non-eventful. Although I parked on the roof (lower rate than a covered spot), I did not ask to pay for the roof rate. It was still better than the rate at the LAX Parking Lot C."
