However the cashier mistakenly charged me the three day rate without giving me credit for the advanced online payment. While it's only five bucks its the only thing that was not perfect."

"We park here regularly when we travel. This last trip was the longest I have had to wait for a shuttle after parking the car ever in the last 15 years. The most frustrating part was that a shuttle pulled up to us after we had already waited 510 minutes to tell us he had to go pick up cruise ship passengers and that we would have to wait for the next shuttle which didn't come for another 10 minutes. We did not miss our plane but it was close and stressful. If you're going to send a shuttle to the port you need a second shuttle for the airport. One shuttle and driver doesn't cut it."
