The only issue that I noticed a presumed homeless man wandering around on level 5 and when I reported to an employee he wasn’t concerned or seemed to act on it. I was just concerned for women heading to their cars alone may have a bad encounter with him.

The shuttle and the price were very good. The pick up time when I came back was good. The bus driver had disco playing and lights which made the ride fun. The price was really competitive.\r\n\r\nThe opportunity was the building itself and the morning employees. I couldn\'t find the entrance. It wasn\'t very obvious where to go to because of the busses being parked there. This is not normally where customers go through. Then the person I contacted to help me was rude, short with me and spoke horrible English.\r\n\r\nWhen I got to the bus drop, no one said \"hello\" or anything and didn\'t acknowledge my existence. It wasn\'t until the driver came out that anything pleasant happened.\r\n\r\nThe elevators were scary. One side \"Out of Order\" and then when you push the button that is the one that opened. When I came back l, I couldn\'t even find the elevators. So I took the stairs like I did when I arrived. \r\n\r\nOverall, the experience was on. The shuttle time was the best part because other places take forever to get to you and when you have been up and traveling for 10 plus hours, that ruins your day.

It was the easiest and most convenient parking I had for LAX, and we had the best bus driver of all: Robert made the ride so much fun with his disco music, video and neon lights!! That was great 👏👍

Very convenient to LAX and shuttles are on time. Would park here every time. Get your reservation on line, it costs about half the price to park there.

Great place to park car for a trip. Very affordable and our vehicle was safe. Also the shuttle bus was on time and we never had to wait. Great customer service and very professional drivers. Definitely using Joe\'s parking garage and using this site to make parking reservations.

The only challenge was no elevator in the garage. The shuttle was timely which is my major concern.

Driver was lazy and would not get to help people with luggage till he was forced to.

One of my favorite spots to park. Very recommended.

Will use again.
