Same thing goes on the airport side: IF you arrive at pick-up area and say 5:10pm... you could wait until 5:40 for your pickup. \r\n\r\nYesterday the hotel was slammed by a U. of Hawaii volleyball crowd when I arrived SNA, and I think they forgot about me. A second phone call finally got a driver to the airport. Driver mentioned that his boss had left for Vegas... so I assume they were short-handed. \r\n\r\nI have enjoyed this service in past... this trip not so much. \r\n\r\nOne other note: IF you are flying Southwest out of SNA, it is a fairly long walk from the drop-off/pick-up area. IF you have ambulatory issues...I hope they can drop you closer to Terminal C."
