Confirmation of Purchase
Once your reservation is confirmed, all you have to do is arrive at the parking facility as scheduled and present a copy of your Reservation Confirmation to receive your quoted price and credit for your online payment. If you do not present your Reservation Confirmation to the parking lot, you will not get credit for your online payment and this online payment will not be refunded at a later date.
Reservation Confirmation was emailed to you right after you have made parking reservation. If you have not received Reservation Confirmation via email, log in to your account, click "View/Change/Cancel Reservation", find your reservation and click "View this Reservation".
How and when do I pay?
For some parking lots, you will pay online a small part (usually less than 10%) of your total parking amount to reserve your spot at the parking lot. This will secure your parking reservation. You will pay the remaining balance directly to the lot (the "Pay at Lot" price).
Other parking lots offer the option of pre-paying the entire reservation in full at the time of making the reservation through our website.
Our parking affiliates accept cash and all major credit cards.
What is your Cancellation and Refund Policy?
You may cancel your reservation at any time up to and including your scheduled arrival date.
We are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival time and date.
If reservation is cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the reservation, your payment will be fully refunded to the credit card you used to book this reservation. Please be sure to cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund.
If cancelled later, your payment less one parking day's rate will be refunded.
If you change dates or times of this reservation, no fee will be charged.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please do not call the parking lot, just log in to your account, click "View/Change/Cancel Reservation", find your reservation and click Cancel.
How do I get to and from the airport once I've parked?
For all of our airport parking lot partners, free transportation between the parking lot and airport is provided via shuttle. Please allow 15-20 minutes for check-in and transportation to terminal. Most airlines recommend arriving at the terminal 1 to 2 hours before your flight departure time.
When making a reservation, please enter the time you wish to arrive at the parking lot (NOT your flight departure and arrival times).
Upon your return, use the courtesy phones in the baggage area to contact the lot for pickup, or use your phone to call the number on your claim check to request pickup. Some shuttle buses constantly circle the airport.
Some lots may offer other services, like airport dropoff in your own vehicle, etc. You can find this information on the parking lot info page on our site, or by contacting the lot directly.
Are the parking lots safe and secure?
The parking lots are generally fenced, lighted and secure. Some facilities are covered or indoor. Please read the information and Reviews on the parking lot page or contact Customer Service.
Why doesn’t Parkon.com offer airport parking near my local airport?
We are constantly adding new lots and airport areas to our inventory. Please continue to check back in with us regularly to see if your airport area has been recently added.
How do I know if I have an account with Parkon.com?
Once a customer makes a reservation on our site, by default, an account is set up with the email address used to make the reservation. Another way to view a reservation or account is by using the confirmation number found on the reservation confirmation email. Please visit our parking login page: https://www.parkon.com/parking/login
I cancelled my parking reservation, why am I not being refunded my complete purchase amount?
A full refund for cancellation is issued when a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the reservation is scheduled to begin. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a reservation’s start time will be refunded the total amount minus one day’s parking rate or about 10% of the total parking cost.
We caution customers making reservations within 24 hours a reservation would be scheduled to start. Please be aware that a cancellation during this time frame will not be issued a full refund.
We do understand that things happen. In some cases, depending on the reason for cancellation, we will make exceptions and accommodate our customers. This effort does not guarantee a full refund and each cancellation will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We encourage customer to contact us as soon as possible to communicate cancellation reasons.
The best way to document a full refund consideration request is by filling out our contact form. A customer service representative will be in contact as soon as possible.
When will I need to show my reservation confirmation?
A printable reservation confirmation is emailed immediately after a reservation is made and serves as the proof of purchase requirement. If the reservation confirmation has not been received or located, another copy may be printed by logging in here.
Parking lots will honor the quoted price or full price paid on our site only by showing the reservation confirmation. Customers do not need to show a confirmation at the time of drop-off but rather at time of pick-up. Some lots may honor a confirmation email shown from a smartphone but most require a printed confirmation. You may review your confirmation email for any further instructions.
I did not receive my confirmation email. What do I do?
First, check your spam folder to make sure the reservation confirmation was not filtered as spam or junk mail. If you still cannot locate the confirmation email, please log in here to print it.
*Please note, a printed copy of the reservation confirmation is not required until car is being picked up at parking lot. Some lots might honor a confirmation number and receipt shown from a smartphone screen however please review your confirmation email for any further instructions.
How do I get from the parking lot to the airport?
Free shuttles are provided from parking lots to terminals. Make note of shuttle times as this can vary by lot. Allow at least 15-20 minutes for car drop off and transportation to terminal unless otherwise stated on the parking confirmation. Most airlines recommend arriving at the terminal 1 to 2 hours before flight departure time.
When making a parking reservation, please enter the time expected for arrival at the parking lot, not the flight departure and arrival times. Upon return, a parking facility can be reached from the courtesy phones at the baggage area or by mobile phone to advise for a pickup. Some parking lots have shuttle buses routinely circling the airport. At a few facilities, you will be taken to the airport in your own car and returned via shuttle.
