Confirmation of Purchase

Once your reservation is confirmed, all you have to do is arrive at the parking facility as scheduled and present a copy of your Reservation Confirmation to receive your quoted price and credit for your online payment. If you do not present your Reservation Confirmation to the parking lot, you will not get credit for your online payment and this online payment will not be refunded at a later date.

Reservation Confirmation was emailed to you right after you have made parking reservation. If you have not received Reservation Confirmation via email, log in to your account, click "View/Change/Cancel Reservation", find your reservation and click "View this Reservation".

How and when do I pay?

For some parking lots, you will pay online a small part (usually less than 10%) of your total parking amount to reserve your spot at the parking lot. This will secure your parking reservation. You will pay the remaining balance directly to the lot (the "Pay at Lot" price).

Other parking lots offer the option of pre-paying the entire reservation in full at the time of making the reservation through our website.

Our parking affiliates accept cash and all major credit cards.

What is your Cancellation and Refund Policy?

You may cancel your reservation at any time up to and including your scheduled arrival date.

We are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival time and date.

If reservation is cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the reservation, your payment will be fully refunded to the credit card you used to book this reservation. Please be sure to cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund.

If cancelled later, your payment less one parking day's rate will be refunded.

If you change dates or times of this reservation, no fee will be charged.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do not call the parking lot, just log in to your account, click "View/Change/Cancel Reservation", find your reservation and click Cancel.

How do I get to and from the airport once I've parked?

For all of our airport parking lot partners, free transportation between the parking lot and airport is provided via shuttle. Please allow 15-20 minutes for check-in and transportation to terminal. Most airlines recommend arriving at the terminal 1 to 2 hours before your flight departure time.

When making a reservation, please enter the time you wish to arrive at the parking lot (NOT your flight departure and arrival times).

Upon your return, use the courtesy phones in the baggage area to contact the lot for pickup, or use your phone to call the number on your claim check to request pickup. Some shuttle buses constantly circle the airport.

Some lots may offer other services, like airport dropoff in your own vehicle, etc. You can find this information on the parking lot info page on our site, or by contacting the lot directly.

Are the parking lots safe and secure?

The parking lots are generally fenced, lighted and secure. Some facilities are covered or indoor. Please read the information and Reviews on the parking lot page or contact Customer Service.
