"Incredibly kind drivers that come very promptly at their designated times. Easy to get the shuttle at the airpot, too. The shuttle is not 24/7. Difficult to get from the parking lot to the elevators to the hotel front. Could use more signs in the parking lot basement to the elevators. Most of the parking spaces are small and poorly marked in the basement. But there are plenty of spots. As a woman traveling by herself, their lot seemed a bit deserted and I did not notice a lot of security. I did have some safety concerns being by myself. However, great price and the hotel itself looks stunning."
