They have a very large parking lot, providing easy and convenient off-airport parking. Their plentiful lot is fenced-in and gated, making it an excellent choice for short or extended parking stays. The parking lot is accessible 24/7, and the shuttle runs from 4 a.m. until midnight, arriving every 30 minutes. The service at the Crowne Plaza is great, with friendly staff at the front desk and professional drivers chauffeuring the airport shuttle. Passengers are dropped off by the shuttle service at either the SFO terminals or the SFO Bart Station. First, customers find a place to park, and then proceed to the lobby to wait for the next shuttle. The hotel provides complimentary WiFi access to guests waiting for the next shuttle.

The hotel is directly off Highway 101, making it very easy to find. From the 101, exit at the Broadway/Airport Boulevard exit. When you exit the 101, make a right onto Old Bayshore Hwy. and head towards Broadway and Airport Blvd. When you reach the light at Broadway, go through the light to enter the Crown Plaza Hotel property. The airport parking lot will be toward the back of the property.

Upon arrival in the parking area, please pull a parking ticket from the machine. You can park anywhere in the lot. They do not have parking attendants on the lot; please go to the front desk to check in with them. The front desk is available 24/7 if you have any questions.

Upon departing, please stop by the front desk and show this reservation confirmation along with the parking ticket. The front desk will issue a card to exit the parking lot.
