When we left, the driver was a bit sarcastic and we didn't need that attitude. I told my husband not to tip him... I think he did. I don't like attitudes in a business that is there to make you come back a second time."

"We arrived at the lot about 6am. At the time of arrival there was plenty of parking. Although on our return trip back a car asked where we were parked because they couldnt find any available spaces which was around 11amish. I think thats true with many of the surrounding lots. Our car was safe and sound just as we had left it. The drivers we had were funny personable and truly knew their way around LAX. Our wait time for a shuttle to and from were a little longer than anticipated. Prepare by arriving at the lot with ample time to find parking and to wait for a shuttle."

"Super close to the terminal! Easy to use portal to reserve your parking and pay in advance. Shuttle signage could be better displayed in the very crowded terminal pickup area. More frequent shuttles would cutdown the wait times. Overall I would recommend this service and plan to use again."
