"The wait time for the shuttle was not acceptable, leaving from the hotel to the airport, we waited 50 minutes, and on my return from the airport, I had to call a uber service to go to the hotel after waiting 1 and a half hours. When I got to the hotel the shuttle was now leaving. When I called the hotel to find out what was going on I got no response. This is totally unacceptable and cause additional expense."

"The parking spot was good. I’m not impressed with the staff at one point the shuttle driver taking me to the airport. Forgot to tell me what I was supposed to get off of for my airline and by the time I knew it we were driving back to the hotel, when we got to the hotel, I asked him again if he could please let me know when I could get off. He apologized and I was able to get off the second time on the way back to my parking on the day. I returned my car was safe, but it wouldn’t start so I found a parking lot employee to ask him if he could give me a jump and he looked at his watch And he hesitated for a long while which made me feel like he really didn’t wanna help me And he left me there and didn’t help me. That made me feel awful because he was a man and I’m a woman I could’ve been his daughter stranded and he didn’t care otherwise it was a good parking spot."

"Would definitely park here again. The hotel is very close to the airport needing only a short shuttle ride. Located on the lagoon at the end of the road means the only traffic will be related to the hotel. I believe this enhances the safety of parking there."

"All was good but the shuttle left early, so we missed it at 4:00 pm to the airport and had to wait another half hour and barely made our exit time at the parking lot and it put us in the middle of heavy heavy rush hour traffic as a result."
