"We parked here for a 12-day trip, and the price was good. The lot was easy to find, though the spots were a bit cramped for our Outback. We were a bit confused on where to go or who to talk to when leaving and returning, so I\'ll include that info below. Everyone we interacted with was helpful friendly. I\'d definitely consider parking here again if we fly from DCA. One correction: The listing says the shuttles run every 20 minutes. As of June 2023, it\'s every 30 minutes.\r\n\r\nAfter parking: Head through the hotel and out the main entrance. The shuttle will pick you up here.\r\n\r\nWhen returning: Show your voucher to the valet attendant outside of the main entrance. They\'ll give you a QR code to scan after you put your parking ticket into the machine."

"We will definitely be parking here again and using this website to book it, but a few tips for you all. The shuttle runs every thirty minutes, or more, so just grab a Uber or cab if you don\'t want to wait. The airport is just across the road so it\'s cheap. You get picked up at the airport where signs show all hotel shuttles stop (there are two areas, on the far sides of the main terminal area). Also, when you arrive back at the hotel to pick up your car and leave, stop at the valet desk with your reservation. Explain that you need assistance leaving and they will give you a special ticket to put in the machine to let you out. Don\'t do what we did and try to either scan the barcode on the reservation printout or put your parking ticket (provided upon entry) into the machine, you\'ll be stuck. Apart from that, super easy."
