"This was the first time I parked at Renaissance Arlington Capital View and the proximity to the airport is priceless. I apparently parked on the wrong floor because it wasn’t clear to me that there were certain levels for long term parking. The only other hitch was that with airline delays the shuttle had already quit running for the night. It was no issue to get a Lyft and staff at the hotel directed me to the parking garage through the hotel lobby. It’s a great bargain compared to the airport prices and I’ll be parking with you guys from now on."

"Great location and relatively easy process. A few hiccups though. First, the receipt said it would be valet parking and I actually had to self park. This was not a huge deal, but I wish I had built in the extra time. The attendant also told me the shuttle would wait for me while I was self parking. However, after I parked, the shuttle was not there. I had to pay for a taxi to take me to the airport, as I was already running late from having to self park. Pick up was relatively easy, but had to present ticket and reservation receipt (after a week away) and then wait for someone to manually let me out of the gate."

Saw the valet (person) at the hotel entrance and then realized where to go. Would be nice for first time users to indicate where to find the valet."
