Everyone is very courteous from the checkin staff to the shuttle driver.I usually use valet parking I now prefer self parking since I can select a shaded spot not many but did find one and don't have strangers entering my car. Shuttle wait was a bit long but I had just missed the previous pick up. Shuttle bus is much nicer than any of the others used in past and than those that came by for other pick ups while I was waiting. This is now my number one parking and will definitely when available."

The reception desk will give you a tag to put on the front window inside with the code that you can scan on the way back and drive out with no stopping at the office again.The only negative experience was that pick up place is P4 that you would need to use AirTran to get to. There was some construction work going at the airport and only one side of AirTran was operational. We had to wait for about 15 minutes."
