"The parking structure is clean and welllit. I love that each stall is numbered and that the driver gave me a business card with my parking spot number already written down for me. Very handy! But even better was my return driver Art who stuck around to load my suitcase into the trunk only to find my car would not start. He stayed with me for a solid 45 minutes or more trying to figure out the problem. We weren't able to solve it but I really appreciate his time and insights in trying to figure it out. "Making a reservation was simple and quick. We arrived at the parking garage, checked-in and parked our vehicle. Within 3 or 4 minutes the van pulled up and loaded our luggage and us and we were on to the airport. The driver was friendly and very polite. We arrived at Terminal in about 12 minutes with no problems. On our return we called the number provided and a van arrived within 10 minutes. We arrived back at the parking garage, loaded our luggage and headed home within 5 minutes. This was a very good experience and we surely will use your service next time we travel out of town. The entire experience was perfect and the cost was very reasonable. Great Job! See you next time."

"Overall it was a good experience. I parked and was immediately taken to check in. Brilliant.On my return I had to go on the website to get the instructions of what to do and where to wait it would be good if they put that information on the ticket they give you. I texted for the shuttle and went to wait in the designated area. I waited there for 20 minutes while plenty of other people turned up after me. Some people did not manage to get on the shuttle and many people jumped in front of me to make sure they did. I think they should text back a number that indicates who called for the shuttle first to ensure fair handling of passengers. That way the driver can have a list: e.g. 45 two people 46 one 47 three 48 two and simply announce the numbers to the crowd as they will know who can fit on the bus!"

"First time parking there and it was an excellent experience. Everyone was courteous and professional from the entrance to the shuttle. The only improvement needed is that they identify the levels with visual markings. The entrance attendant told me to park anywhere on level four, but there was no way to know where that was. It was further complicated by the 500 numbered spots being level four. I would absolutely use again and recommend to anyone."
