This was the first time I ever used WallyPark Garage for my vacation. It will definitely not be the last. I am completely sold after this experience! The drivers were very nice and friendly. The garage staff were so professional and helpful! I will definitely recommend this to all my family and friends.

Overall it was a good experience. I parked and was immediately taken to check in. Brilliant.\r\n\r\nOn my return, I had to go on the website to get the instructions of what to do and where to wait (it would be good if they put that information on the ticket they give you). I texted for the shuttle and went to wait in the designated area. I waited there for 20 minutes while plenty of other people turned up after me. Some people did not manage to get on the shuttle and many people jumped in front of me to make sure they did. I think they should text back a number that indicates who called for the shuttle first to ensure fair handling of passengers. That way, the driver can have a list: e.g. 45 (two people), 46 (one), 47 (three), 48 (two) and simply announce the numbers to the crowd as they will know who can fit on the bus!

I really appreciate the helpfulness of the drivers. I am old and it is difficult for me to put my suitcase in and out of my trunk. They always help me.

Very fast service. I wish there was an option to walk to the airport, but outside of that very efficient operation.

Overall, an excellent experience. I will use again.

Shuttle are getting a bit old! Otherwise everything was great.

The parking structure is clean and well-lit. I love that each stall is numbered and that the driver gave me a business card with my parking spot number already written down for me. Very handy! But even better was my return driver, Art, who stuck around to load my suitcase into the trunk, only to find my car would not start. He stayed with me for a solid 45 minutes or more trying to figure out the problem. We weren\'t able to solve it, but I really appreciate his time and insights in trying to figure it out. Stellar service!

Really great experience as always.

Checking out is slow. The exit lanes are difficult to maneuver, and the automatic ticket reader is difficult to reach from the vehicle. The person at the booth took my receipt ticket with the barcode, but couldn't find a record that I had prepaid. I had to dig through my file while waiting to find my original receipt. AWKWAAARD! The driver, Steven, was courteous and helpful.
