The parking structure is clean and welllit. I love that each stall is numbered and that the driver gave me a business card with my parking spot number already written down for me. Very handy! But even better was my return driver Art who stuck around to load my suitcase into the trunk only to find my car would not start. He stayed with me for a solid 45 minutes or more trying to figure out the problem. We weren't able to solve it but I really appreciate his time and insights in trying to figure it out. Stellar service!

I will definitely use WallyPark for my airport parking again next time!

Making a reservation was simple and quick. We arrived at the parking garage, checked-in and parked our vehicle. Within 3 or 4 minutes the van pulled up and loaded our luggage and us and we were on to the airport. The driver was friendly and very polite. We arrived at Terminal in about 12 minutes with no problems. On our return we called the number provided and a van arrived within 10 minutes. We arrived back at the parking garage, loaded our luggage and headed home within 5 minutes.

This was a very good experience and we surely will use your service next time we travel out of town. The entire experience was perfect and the cost was very reasonable. Great Job! See you next time.

Parking ramp is a tight fit for a full size pickup.

The easiest travel transaction I have ever made! From the moment I dropped off and picked up... valet is the way to go!

Everything was just as it should be. Pleasant experience picking up the car from Valet service. Worth the little extra money.

First time parking there and it was an excellent experience. Everyone was courteous and professional from the entrance to the shuttle. The only improvement needed is that they identify the levels with visual markings. The entrance attendant told me to park anywhere on level four, but there was no way to know where that was. It was further complicated by the 500 numbered spots being level four. I would absolutely use again and recommend to anyone.

Staff super nice and helpful! The garage itself is super tight, so if you are not a confident driver, heads up! Price was honored at check out with print out. Really efficient!!

Second time I use AC Hotel and it's a great experience again. Good facility and friendly staff.
