"We have used Omni before with no issues. Yet, may consider another avenue when it comes to parking during holiday times as if all the lots are full, Omni parks cars in front of others to which you then leave your key with them. When we returned on 11/23 a car was parked in front of our car. My husband called me since I was waiting at the front to give me the tag number of the car parked in front of him. I relayed this to the person at the counter who said she would take care of it. Unfortunately she was the only one working the counter and we encountered close to another thirty minute wait to get our car. Nothing we wanted to do after a ten hour flight. \r\n\r\nThere were others working there such as drivers, those getting rental cars ready, but could not help at the counter."

"I have used Omni Airport Parking for the past couple of years. I have never had any issues with my car during the time it is parked in the lot. The shuttle drivers are always courteous and handle the luggage with care. The lot is quite large and most times full. There can be a bit of a walk to the shuttle airport departure area. Most recently there has not been a pick up van to take you from your car to the shuttle departure area. My last flight got in after midnight. The lot was well lit. The lot is only several minutes from the airport. The check in and check out procedure is quick if you have your QR code ready."
