Be clear about where the shuttle stops. I waited in the back parking lot of the aloft (where the shuttle used to stop) for 35 minutes at 5pm. No shuttle came and I have to uber to the airport to avoid missing my flight.

Great lot, we will use it again! Made our trip so much easier especially traveling with younger kiddos!

This was my first time using your facility. Was a bit confused at first since there was no check in or check out procedure, however it all worked fine, with quick transfers to and from SFO. Will use again.

Would be better if there were more frequent shuttles for both pick up and drop off\'s. Parking lot didn\'t have much spaces available when we dropped off our car. Hotel rep and driver were very helpful and courteous.

I really like parking at the Aloft SFO parking lot when I fly out of SFO. It’s so close to the airport, and the shuttle is spacious and clean, with a friendly and safe driver. Sometimes the scanner at the entrance and exit has a little trouble reading the QR code.

There were hardly any empty spots left for parking. I had park in hotel staff spot.

All good. Helpful kiosk attendant. Parking lot was almost full when I got there. I wish shuttle was more frequent. Overall good!

Airport parking at a fraction of what a different hotel wanted to charge us. Easy to pay online, shuttles were easy to catch on both ends. We will definitely consider parking here again.
