Took forever to get picked up. 45 minutes from pickup to hotel.

A bit far from the airport, so allow extra time. Shuttles run at half hour intervals and from/to only one airport location (DIA airport is huge!). Other than those caveats the whole experience was flawless and I was lucky catching return shuttle with almost no wait (shuttle to the airport was a 15 min wait in my case).
