Embassy Suites LAX South Reviews

This was my first time using this service. It went a lot smoother and quicker than I expected. Both of my shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely use this service in the future.

So happy we chose Embassy Suites LAX South for 2.5 weeks while we were in Europe. The shuttle ran promptly at the advertised times on the way to the airport and we only waited 10-15 minutes for pickup on the way home. The hotel and underground parking garage both felt very upscale and safe, and the shuttle was clean with friendly staff. We\'d park here again for sure!

The Embassy Suites South parking experience was awesome. The underground parking lot was nice, well-lit, and secure. The hotel itself looks very nice, and I hope to actually stay there next time instead of just parking there.

Overall, the experience was good. The only problem was that I could not get out of the facility after inserting my ticket because the system asked me to pay again. I think it\'s because we are at the same parking lot used by hotel guests. So, the system asked us to pay the hotel guest rate before it could open the gate.\r\nGood thing there was a staff member who was willing to use his pass to open the gate for me. It was very inconvenient. There has to be something they can do about it.

The shuttle drivers were on time and very helpful. The parking area was covered and felt very safe. I parked there for 11 days with zero issues.

Place feels safe
