I\'ve used this parking and shuttle service frequently and the wait time at the airport is absolutely horrible. I use both self parking and the valet service. They have the cheapest prices, but I won\'t be using them anymore. Waiting at the airport for 45 minutes to an hour creates anxiety and then anger... yes, I tip the driver... manners and I\'ve worked in customer service.
We were not sent a barcode or digital ticket to scan, and there was no employees present, so when we arrived we had to take a paper ticket from the entrance gate. We’ve never used this parking facility before, and in general are very new to traveling so we were unsure of what to do and felt a bit lost. We had to call several times to find out what to expect regarding the shuttle pickup and drop off locations. When we left the garage, we had to call again to provide our online confirmation information in order for them to override the paper ticket and allow us to leave. That person didn’t seem very happy about the amount we paid online or the hassle that this seemed to create for her, but the shuttle drivers we had were both wonderful! We traveled with a 10 month old and 2 year old so we had our hands very full between the kids and luggage. Both gentleman driving the shuttles were extremely kind and helpful and we greatly appreciated them!
I am very happy with the service provided by Fast Lane Parking. The lot is close to the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful.\r\n\r\nI would definitely park there again on my next trip.
