When I arrived, a shuttle was waiting to go and held up so I could get on. On my return, I walked out of the terminal to the #2 pickup point and it wasn\'t 2 minutes before the driver pulled up (maybe just my luck). She was courteous and very friendly and got me back to my car within 15 minutes of getting of the plane. Could not ask for better service.

The man who helped us check in, was very courteous. The other gentleman who picked us up was also a very nice man, and both of them helped with the luggage. The only thing I would say, was that the van that picked me up had German roaches crawling on the seats which I was not thrilled about and was worried that they would crawl into my luggage. I did let them know, and they said they would bomb the van but with knowing about German roaches, bombing it probably wouldn’t help.

It was convenient to the airport. I had the same driver twice. It was like a friend picking you up.

Impressed with ther quick shuttle service to from the airport. However, it was difficult to maneuver my car upon arrival to the parking office. Made my departure a little confusing early morning. Car access was much smoother on the return trip.

It was great experience overall. Just a little glitch. I was indicating that my landing time at FLL is 12:15am on Sunday, January 31st, but I guess they record it as 12:15pm? So I had to call several times before I wok up the guy who promptly picked me up at the airport. Things can happen, as long as it ends well.

The whole parking experience was great. Will use again and again.

We always park here when we fly out of FLL. Super convenient and shuttle on demand. Wouldn't think of parking anywhere else.
