The people who are in charge of check-in/check-out are really nice and sweet. The garage facility is clean, but it’s a little too small, especially on the 4th and 5th floors. However, overall, everything is excellent and clean.

Parking structure was clean and easy to use. The shuttles were fast. I received a ticket to scan upon exit, but it would be helpful to include instructions to press the cancel button at the exit before scanning the ticket.

Found this place a few years ago, and now it’s our go-to spot when we travel out of LAX.

Excellent in every aspect!

It was safe and convenient for our trip, especially since we also stayed there. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back.
