Hyatt Regency LAX Parking Reviews

I can't rate security as I don't know. The young men that helped us were very nice. Seems we went the long way out of LAX to The Hyatt but that's probably the new LAX set up. Overall very good.

Excellent experience overall! The valet staff were professional friendly and efficient. The shuttle bus was a bit dated but there was no real wait time to and from the terminal.

Valet attendants were so nice as well as the shuttle drivers. Excellent service. I am extremely pleased. Will always park here!

Everyone was nice. Shuttle was waiting already at the hotel and one was driving up at LAX as soon as I was ready for one. Only thing is You've got a wait in the evening terminals at the red sign. I guess they don't pick up or drop off at number five.

Parking was easy to use. I didnt wait for the shuttle to arrive since the terminal was less than a 10min walk. I will use Hyatt LAX again.

Great customer service. The valets and drivers were courteous efficient and all had a good sense of humor. The African American female that drove us from the hotel to the airport was a stitch . She entertained us the whole way and drove like a professional bank robber quick efficient safe. I will continue to use your services y'all do a great job!!
