The shuttle driver was great... like he was just waiting for us and quickly whisked us to the airport. Great experience.

Easy location right off the 99. Shuttle was quick and drivers were helpful on both trips.

Best parking lot very roomy and I have a full size pickup truck. Shuttle drivers are respectful and friendly. From parking lot to airport is less than 10 minutes and for that it is very convenient. I will be using this lot again next time I travel.

The printer for receipts was out when I was leaving the facility. This is problematic because my work demands I have a receipt for reimbursement. I understand this could have been an exception but if this continues I will have to consider another location.

It all went very smoothly. There was a shuttle waiting up near where I parked he pulled up to my car helped with bag and we were off. The return was just as simple I showed the card I'd been given and driver took me right to my car helped with bag. There was of course the wait time for shuttle pickup at the airport but that is just par for the course.

I have been using this park for years. Good rates easy access and decent wait times for the shuttle. Others have found out about this parking so book early online.

Only place I leave my car. Have used jiffy a hand full of times. Cost effective fast shuttle and never any issues.

The only issue is the lack of parking spots available. It is not easy to find one even with a reservation.

My vehicle was left in one piece when I returned so I say it was a great experience. My only criticism was when we arrived and parked at 3am no one was onsite. I seen the shuttle but there was no one operating the shuttle. Or so I thought. The shuttle driver was in the shuttle but did not have on any lights indicating he was in there or did he have the shuttle running. I ended up calling a lyft. Just make sure the drivers have there lights on at least especially for customers who show up early in the night so we know they are there.
