The gate guard helped us with the scanner to get in the gate, we were then picked up immediately and taken to the airport. I called them when we landed and again was picked up by the courtesy vehicle and taken to our car. The driver was friendly and helped with our bags.

Parking was easy. The shuttle was ready to pick up and take us to the airport quickly. Upon arriving back and calling for pick up the shuttle was also quick and the driver, Pedro, was helpful and fun. He made the ride very entertaining and enjoyable.

This facility is well secured, the drivers are very friendly, the attendants are very helpful. I will definitely be using this parking facility on my next trip. Thank you all for keeping our cars safe and giving me peace of mind.

Our second time using this parking lot. The price is great, the location is also quick and easy access to the airport and freeway. Drivers are courteous and helpful. Amazed to see how quick they loaded everyone\'s bags. The shuttle was right there at arrival and departure! Will definitely use again!

First time parking at San Diego\'s Park, Shuttle Fly and we will definitely use this parking lot again. Easy to find, quick access from freeway. Helpful the minute we pulled in. Van met us at our car, helped with luggage too. When we got back, we called for a pick up, but the van was there getting another passenger. We were able to get in and we were at the lot after one stop. Easy exit, helpful guys, back on the freeway! Best of all, we chose them for the lowest price!

I’ve used Lot A and Lot B several times now. Such friendly, considerate and respectful staff. Very efficient service. I’ve never waited more than 5-10 minutes.
