Third time parking with Park EZ Fly. Travel only for early Xmas in middle US.I like the mix of low price and competency.Luckily I've learned to use my cell phone to initiate a text. I think you need a method to request pickup for people who have not.

Your staff and service are great. Website/reservation service is easy to use.

Shuttle is old and dingy. Facility is a dilapidated mobile office. The only good thing is the price compaired to airport parking.

I figure I will use you from now on. Thank you for a good experience!

Second time I've used this place, and I will continue to use it when I fly out of JAX. The shuttle is extremely prompt, and the personnel are courteous.

This is the fourth time I have left my car with you. Everyone is very pleasant and the car was waiting for me as soon as I arrived back at the lot.
