Needs CLEARER directions for how to get ticket for car. I did not know you before parking the car you are suppose to talk with the front desk to get a ticket to place on the dash. So Hilton knows youre call will be there for a prolonged period of time. The Hilton staff member was very nice and did not give me and hassle for the not following the directions but did let me know the proper way to go about parking there. Overall good experience no damage done to the car and it was under a roof.

Great secure place to park. The only thing that wasn't completely clear was that we had to go to the front desk of the hotel to let them know that we parked and were waiting for the shuttle. Also the shuttle only leaves every 30 minutes which might be a problem if you're late to the airport. The hotel staff and shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful.

Everything went well and I was impressed with this parking. However it did not say on the paperwork to check in at the main hotel desk to get the ticket to get out of the garage. We had prepaid and had all the paperwork with us. Not a big deal and we will definitely park here next time!

The Hilton is in the perfect location clean and safe. It's all quite great with one persistent issue: if the Hilton front desk is busy it's awkward to step ahead of those waiting in line for my 10 second transaction but people checking inout take many minutes each so that's not great either. If a bellman is present this is a nonissue because they can give me a ticket but they are only at their station about half the time. I wouldn't mind stepping ahead of the line if I was confident that the desk clerk would just glance at my receipt and give me a ticket. It's so quick! But some of them get huffy about me appearing to cut the line. So one solution would be to point the ease of this minor interuption out to the desk clerks during their training.Many thanks and keep up the magnificent work!!!

They were great and quick at pick up and delivery. Nice to have our car underground.

The other shuttle services run way more often. It is difficult to spot this shuttle especially since there are more than one kind of Hilton shuttle. The phone message said the shuttle runs on the hour and half hour. Had to wait almost an hour and then took an uber. Also would be nice to have a service where someone brings me my car too I mean its a long walk from shuttle drop off to the parking garage. Not sure this is worth it for the price.
