Service was great! They have a very good streamlined operation. It was only about twenty minutes from terminal to highway after a long day of travel. Very nice!

This is a wonderful location for airport parking friendly efficient close excellent shuttle timeliness. After a long week and holiday travel delays I lost my ticket and all of the staff were super helpful with noshame for my holding up the process. I do not plan to loose my ticket again... but was really grateful for the KIND response and it felt like a nice welcome home.

I will park here again in the future

MasterPark Lot B staff and drivers were outstanding! Will definitely use them again.

I think you should offer a halfday 12hour rate for customers who return on the final day of their reservation. I picked up my car within seven hours of the 11:00 AM end time on Saturday. I checked in at 11:00 AM on the Monday of my trip and believed I had paid through my return on Saturday. Instead I had to pay for an additional full day for just seven extra hours.That said I will still use this parking facility again but I wish the rates were a bit more flexible for customers who exceed their reservation by only a few hours.The staff was great!

Seasoned traveler here by far the best overall experience from dropoff to pickup. Could not ask for better service from every associate.
