The wait time for pickup to the airport was quite long, over 30 minutes. Pickup from the airport took about 20 minutes. Overall, the experience was good.

Upon returning from our trip, we waited about 15 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from LAX. When we were dropped off at the South Garage, none of the elevators were working.

The location is fairly close to the airport, but once inside, the parking spaces are extremely tight. Many vehicles are double-parked, making it very difficult to get in and out of your car.

Great price. Pickup at the garage was very quick. There was a wait after arriving back at the airport. Easy to get in and out. Will definitely park there again in the future.

I have been using LAX long-term parking for 35 years, have parked in many different private lots and the old Lot B (now the LAX Budget Lot), and this is the best experience I have ever had.

The facility is clean and has multiple elevators. This is a fully automated parking facility, with no parking attendants or security staff walking around. There are only two levels for airport parking, and the parking spaces are a bit smaller than usual. The location is a bit farther from the airport, but the efficiency of the shuttles makes up for the time. The wait time for the shuttles is short, about 15 minutes or less. The shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful.

Clean building with good elevators. Secure. Overall nice.

Our shuttle driver, Patricia, was fantastic. The location was easy to access, clean, and very close to LAX.
