The wait time for pickup to the airport was quite long over 30 minutes. Pickup from the airport took about 20 minutes. Overall the experience was good.

The facility is clean and has multiple elevators. This is a fully automated parking facility with no parking attendants or security staff walking around. There are only two levels for airport parking and the parking spaces are a bit smaller than usual. The location is a bit farther from the airport but the efficiency of the shuttles makes up for the time. The wait time for the shuttles is short about 15 minutes or less. The shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful.

Clean building with good elevators. Secure. Overall nice.

Our shuttle driver Patricia was fantastic. The location was easy to access clean and very close to LAX.
