Convenient location to the airport and the shuttle was available when we arrived. The shuttle driver was very helpful with all of our luggage as well. I paid in advance, so entering and exiting was quick and easy. I appreciate the communication via email with our reservation bar code information.

I prepaid my parking through a third party website and thought the benefit of my advance planning was going to be thrown out the window when the barcode reader told me the code had already been used! My expectations were low when I hit the machine’s call button… but I had no idea that RAY would be on the other end. He had me park and come to the office, then proceeded to sort out the situation in an efficient manner. Sandy corrected the problem in the system, and I was on my way to my flight. \r\n\r\nI’ve used this lot for more than 20 years and it gives me even greater confidence to park in a lot where there is such a strong, helpful staff presence on site. Thank you, Ray and Sandy!\r\n\r\nI’m giving the wait time four stars on the trip because the shuttle from the lot was going to take 15+ minutes to arrive, so I walked to my gate. But this seemed like an anomaly to me.

I have used other parking companies in the LAX area and this location is convenient but the shuttles don't come as often as other parking locations. Once you make a reservation the checkin checkout is flawless.

Location is great as its close to the airport. Lots of parking spaces however many are reserved for hotels near by the parking. Biggest issue is the wait time for the shuttle at the airport. Typically well over 20 minutes before shuttle shows up. Tend to take Sonesta hotel shuttle that is next door to this parking area.

Close to airport shuttle service was arriving every few minutes personnel assisted with heavy luggage on departure and arrival back from vacation facility was clean and secure. Called shuttle to get picked up on arrival back from vacation and took less than 5 minutes to get picked up and dropped off at parking garage rates are very competitive.

As a first time user, I will be back and have already given info to my friends.

The price keeps going up and the number of stops increased. We will be looking for another option after using this one for 15 years!

I always park at AirPort Express parking. Its conveniently located clean safe and usually priced as well if not better than other options.

Shuttles are too infrequent. Directions on how to catch return shuttle are impossible to find. Parking lot has NO STAFF onsite. Poor overall experience.

Easy in and out with close proximity to the airport departure gates. Very good rates as well. Convenient shuttle.
