Hyatt Place Chicago O'Hare Airport welcomes you to self-park at our airport-parking friendly facility! The front desk team is dedicated to providing a smooth and easy parking process, and we will assist you with all your needs.
Please allow an additional 30 minutes to park your vehicle and 15-20 minutes for the complimentary shuttle bus ride to your departure terminal.
Arrival:
1) Upon arrival, enter off Mannheim Road, park in the 20-minutes area in front of the hotel to unload luggage and visit the hotel front desk in the main lobby for your parking information.
2) Please bring your reservation receipt and write down the license plate number prior check-in. The front desk will take care of any outstanding balance and provide you with a parking tag.
3) Once you have the parking tag, please hang the tag on the rear view mirror and park your car to the west parking lot near the billboard in the triangle area.
4) Proceed to board the shuttle at the front door canopy of the hotel.
PARKING TAG: Please display in your vehicle once your vehicle is parked in the back lot. If the tag is not displaced or if your vehicle is not parked in the designated parking lot, the vehicle will be towed on the owner's expense.
Please note: Our facility can only accommodate regular-sized cars and small SUVs. Any type of trucks, large SUVs, or buses will not be allowed to park on the Hyatt Place O'Hare lot.
Airport Transportation
Hyatt Place Chicago O'Hare Airport provides complimentary shuttle bus service every 30 minutes, operating 6:00am - 1:00pm and 4:00pm - 8:00pm.
