They were very efficient and on time. We waited only 10 minutes for the return shuttle and the whole process was seamless.

Had to pay cash. Expected to be able to pay online with booking.

Driver was fantastic but they make you pay the balance in cash. It does not say this anywhere after booking on this site. The place was overpacked on arrival and frustrating. But the driver was great and the shuttle had a timely pickup. The price is pretty good too and like the automated pickup system. I just cannot use this site anymore for I don\'t carry a lot of cash and they took all the cash I was planning to use on my trip.

From check in to pulling out and heading home everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful, I would use this facility again when needing parking for EWR airport.

The convenient location is a plus, Customer service is excellent and the price is very fair. Unfortunately, the pick up time from the Airport was 30+ min. A little to long of a wait, the car park is dusty, but overall a great deal. I can recommend this facility.

Overall, there were no major issues, but communication was a problem. We were dropped off at Terminal A and picked up at Terminal C. The pickup process was frustrating because we initially waited at the wrong location for about 30 minutes before figuring out where we were supposed to be.\r\n\r\nApparently, the shuttle does not stop where the other shuttles stop, which is unusual. We called several times and were repeatedly told to go to Stop #7, but the numbering system was confusing and did not follow a logical order.\r\n\r\nI feel the office staff should have provided more detailed directions and helped us locate the correct pickup spot, especially after multiple calls when it was clear that we were lost.

Quick and convenient parking and shuttle service. I will use this parking and shuttle service for all of my future flights out of EWR.

The requirement to pay in cash is a bit discouraging, although the staff are very friendly about it. Another ARB location I’ve used does not require cash.\r\n\r\nThe van to the airport was ready when I dropped off my vehicle, but the wait at the airport for the return shuttle was longer than expected.\r\n\r\nEven with these issues, I would use ARB again.

I use ARB Parking every time I travel. It’s convenient, safe, and everyone is friendly. Even when someone is stressed and seems ready to take out their anger on the employees, they remain professional. (I actually saw a lady treat one of the gentlemen very rudely, and he stayed calm.) They drive safely, and I’ve never waited more than five minutes to get my car or to get on the shuttle to leave. They will always be my “go-to” for parking.
