Great service and the shuttle driver Tay was great to take me to the airport. The driver that brought me back was great as well.

The location is good. Driver on the arrival day was very nice and assisted with luggage but the driver on departure wasnt as friendly no did he assist with luggage. But overall this parking facility was great!

Changes at airport made pick up difficult, but other shuttles came and went twice before the Doubletree arrived. Driver wasn’t skilled in handling unhappy customers.
