LAX Parking Curb Express Reviews

I was happy with the whole experience, but have a suggestion. I think it would be a good idea to ask the customer to show ID to your driver at the time of pick up. If someone loses their curb express parking receipt and does not realize it until they are back, the person who finds the receipt can call a little bit earlier than the estimated time of arrival which is stated on the receipt along with name, phone number, the car description and the airline name, get the car AND the keys and vanish. I know it is not very likely, but it is always better to be safe than sorry!!

The location is great! Easy to find and just minutes from LAX.

The guys were very courteous and checked me in and our driver delivered us to UA terminal 7 in just a few minutes. I wasn't too sure which parking facility they were going to park my car in but it came back to me without any damage and as clean as it was when I left it.

A driver delivered my car within minutes of my calling to let them know we had arrived back to LAX. I thought I would drop him off at their office but he said he would be picked up and thus I was able to drive away without any delay.
It is a great service and I would definitely recommend it to all.

Expensive, but very convenient.

Honestly, I was a bit nervous about having someone drive my car from the airport without me and then back to the airport without me. However, I was extremely happy with the service and all the drivers were very courteous and professional. I didn't have to wait long to get to the airport as the process took maybe 10 mins and they were very timely getting to the airport once I landed. I would definitely use this service again and if your impatient (like me) or in a rush to get to and from the airport I absolutely recommend this service.

The only complaint I have is that the car was crazy dirty when I got it back which can be washed easily. I thought I had paid for an indoor parking, but apparently that didn't happen.

Worth every penny spent! We wanted something that would be stress free with having two kids and this was just that. We will for sure use this company again!

First time using the Curb Valet and I will definitely do it again. What a treat to not have to worry about hauling my luggage back and forth into a shuttle, waiting for the shuttle at the curbside, etc. My experience was fantastic, from being able to hand over my keys at curbside, to having my car delivered to me within 5 (or so) minutes after getting my luggage, and just taking off from there! The guy wouldn't even let me take him back to the facility! AND, as a side note, I accidentally left a $20 bill in my cup holder that I keep there for an emergency. It was still there when I got my car back. Sad to have to mention that it was still there, it should just be assumed, but nowadays we have car wash people grabbing spare change out of our consoles.....so kudos to the staff for being so honest! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

As always great experience with Curb Express. It's simple and easy to access especially with kids.

Inadequate personal for morning rush, space for entry is too small to allow more than one car at a time.

Drivers were pleasant and helpful, just not enough of them.
