Jet Stream Parking Reviews

Reserving online was quick and easy. The parking lot is in great shape and looked secure. A shuttle arrived at our parking spot almost immediately and the driver was very nice. He loaded our luggage and handed us a card with our parking spot number on it. He told us to keep it with us and call the number on it when we were ready for pickup at the airport. \r\n\r\nThe parking lot is located about 5 minutes south of the airport, and they have multiple shuttles, so the wait/drive times are minimal. On our return, which was very late, 2:30am, we called the number on the card and someone answered right away. They sent a van to pick us up which took about 10 minutes. The van was very old and beat up; not like the shuttles, which are nice. The driver opened the rear door and stood there. I had to load our luggage myself which was very strange. Once we arrived at the parking lot, he again, opened the rear door and stood there. I had to unload our luggage - no tip given! \r\n\r\nOther than loading/unloading the luggage, I would recommend using JetStream parking.
