Worst experience ever. I had a reservation to pick up my car at 2am on sunday December 11th. I landed shortly after 1am and attempted to call to the courtesy shuttle once we had our bags. After calling and leaving many message over the period of an hour my family and I crammed into a taxi only to arrive at the facility and find it to be closed. When then had to taxi back to the airport and get a car rental to get home. Then later in the day had to drive over an hour to get back to the airport to return the rental, then shuttle back to the airport parking to get my car. Worst experience ever and nobody seems to care. After leaving many message I was finally able to connect with Briell, the manager. She had stated that I would receive a refund and be reimbursed for my costs. since then I have sent several emails and left several messages and next get a response as to when the things she mentioned will take place. The amount of time I have wasted and the extra expenses that I had incurred are excessive and the fact that nobody cares is unbelievable.

Very prompt and quick transition to drop off and pick up your vehicle. The shuttle is fast to drop you off and pick you up at the airport.
