Airport Spectrum Parking Reviews

I was told to park at the valet by them since the self parking was full and they told me that I will not be charged any extra for valet parking, but when I returned after my trip and wanted to take my car they did not allow until I paid the valet price instead of the self parking price. Total rip off, will never go back to this place.

Unfriendly staff, too few shuttles, unclear signs inside parking garage. Not cheap.

A 45 minute wait for a shuttle at the airport is unacceptable. Three phone calls and I received mis-information on the first two calls. I saw numerous parking shuttles from other services in the time it took me to get one.

Shuttle back is a real problem. You call the number on the ticket they give you, and they say, sorry, someone else is handling shuttles now. Not us. But you get a text that says look for a green and yellow bus. No such bus anymore. Turns out the new system is to send a black, unmarked mini bus. Hard to find/see, although great quality once you find it. Took 45 minutes at LAX trying to figure all this out.

Until they get their new system organized, I would stay away.

I'm happy with the overall experience with Airport Spectrum Parking. The only issue is shuttle wait times which at times is onerously long.

This was the first time I used an Airport Spectrum Parking so I was a bit apprehensive and cautious. But overall I was satisfied with the overall experience. It was difficult navigating to the correct parking area as well as locating the cashier. The cashier was OK but couldve been more upbeat and professional. It was a little confusing on the exiting of the parking because you have to go to the cashier first in order to get a check out receipt to exit out of the parking area. but again overall was better than I expected. I will likely use this parking company again.

I have parked at this facility several times for days ranging from 4 to 10 booking on line is easy and quick the location is great It's clean and spacious it's easy to find parking spots unlike other facilities where parking can be cramped and you may feel that your car may get dinged check out is a breeze. I have occasionally parked at other locations but in comparison this place is best value for your money the only downside is they do not have too many shuttles so factor in some extra time to wait for it.

I rated shuttle experience with only four stars because the shuttle was packed at 1am and we had to stand. Our driver was great and very upbeat which made the experience better. She interacted with everyone and was very friendly.

Very good experience. Will park there again.

Apparently the building elevators were undergoing maintenance. So according to ADA the building would need to accommodate people with disabilities... and their solution was to take the stairs or roll down the car ramp on your own power which is not ADA compliant Good job guys.
