I have parked at this facility several times for days ranging from 4 to 10, booking on line is easy and quick, the location is great, It\'s clean and spacious, it\'s easy to find parking spots, unlike other facilities where parking can be cramped and you may feel that your car may get dinged, check out is a breeze. \r\n\r\nI have occasionally parked at other locations but in comparison this place is best value for your money, the only, downside is they do not have too many shuttles so factor in some extra time to wait for it.

I rated shuttle experience with only four stars because the shuttle was packed at 1am and we had to stand. Our driver was great and very upbeat, which made the experience better. She interacted with everyone and was very friendly.

We used Airport Spectrum for the first time while on a 12 day cruise. It was convenient and cheaper than using an airport shuttle or Uber. We missed a connecting flight had to stay over an unexpected night putting us a day later to pick up the car. It was no problem, easy to pay for additional day without being penalized. Will definitely use Spectrum again!

Easy to find a parking space. Shuttles are within 15 mins. In/out process quick with reservation.

I love this place and will park her every time I need parking at LAX. The people at the desk in the parking garage are always friendly, the shuttle is always clean, the drivers always get Up and carry the bags which mine are always 50 pounds and help the disabled in and out, I had to extend my stay and when I emailed, they immediately replied with the same great rate I initially had, the shuttles run often, it says every thirty minutes, but I have never waited more than 10 minutes, and most importantly, it is indoor parking that is very well lit, And secure so I always feel safe. I definitely recommend LAX Spectrum for your parking needs.

Apparently the building elevators were undergoing maintenance. So, according to ADA the building would need to accommodate people with disabilities... and their solution was to take the stairs or roll down the car ramp on your own power (which is not ADA compliant) Good job guys.

Got the job done. Just need to wait a little longer than some other shuttles.

Prior to our trip I was reading some of the reviews and many people were complaining about the wait time for the shuttle. I had never had a problem before, but since many businesses are in need of employees I thought this may be what’s affecting the shuttle wait times. Due to this I showed up 30 minutes earlier than I had originally anticipated. Because of this when we returned I was told we would have to pay for an extra day. So, be careful if you show up a little early.

I feel comfortable that my car was safe and location was close to the airport and the shuttle was timely.

I usually drop off my car in the afternoon, so it appears Friday 06:00 drop off is a busy time, but I was early for my flight so I wasn’t worried.
