I feel comfortable that my car was safe and location was close to the airport and the shuttle was timely.

Everything about this parking experience was great, with the exception of waiting 30 minutes to be picked up from the terminal. Other than that, all good. Hopefully the wait won't be so long next time.

I usually drop off my car in the afternoon, so it appears Friday 06:00 drop off is a busy time, but I was early for my flight so I wasn’t worried.

I had to walk to the parking at arrival. 2 miles. I waited for the bus for over an hour.

Car was ready when I arrived. Remember to call with the Valet code. Airport Spectrum is located just past the Hilton, hard to see in the dark.

I love this place and will park her every time I need parking at LAX. The people at the desk in the parking garage are always friendly the shuttle is always clean the drivers always get Up and carry the bags which mine are always 50 pounds and help the disabled in and out I had to extend my stay and when I emailed they immediately replied with the same great rate I initially had the shuttles run often it says every thirty minutes but I have never waited more than 10 minutes and most importantly it is indoor parking that is very well lit And secure so I always feel safe. I definitely recommend LAX Spectrum for your parking needs.

Shuttle was there within minutes both to the airport and back from the airport. Staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommended.

The only issue I had with my parking experience is that I called the number on my valet ticket to retrieve my car, but the person I spoke with (the driver, apparently) never relayed the info to the parking attendant. That is a flaw in the system. The number should connect you to the parking facility, not the driver.

Very good with the exception of a long wait for pickup to take us to the airport. If Airport Spectrum can increase the frequency of airport transfers, it will be a very atttractive option for all customers. The indoor valet was very smooth.
