Park N Jet Lot-2 Reviews

This was great for SEA airport parking! We didn't have to wait much at all for transportation to and then from the airport and the price was excellent! We would probably park in Lot 1 next time as it is closer to the direction we need to go home, but otherwise the overall experience was great.

Clarification of the fact that there is a lot #1 and a lot #2 would have helped, this was confusing during pickup. Otherwise great experience overall.

Things were fine, with the exception that we made an error on our return date, when we checked in, we attempted to correct the return date (so we didn't have to pay for the additional day), we were told that we could correct it upon our return and get a credit for our next visit. Our flight returned at midnight, and there was no one available to help us. It should have been corrected at the time of check in...

I will park there every time I fly. The shuttle was great. I called for pick up at the airport and within 10 minutes I was picked up.

Location is a little hard to find the first time, particularly in the dark. Had to wait quite a while to get to the airport because some guests needed to use the single restroom. Otherwise, a good experience. I will use them again.

Overall we we're impressed and satisfied. We will be using this location again.

Phone number listed on the printed claim ticket was out of service. Had to search on Google for updated number. The texting option to request pick-up was difficult to use, even though I followed instructions, I was consistently getting back auto-response that entered information is not in correct format. Wasted lot's of time trying to schedule pick-up. Can you guys use webform or provide email links, as an alternative to antiquated SMS option / voice menu options?

Quick, easy and well lit lot.

I'm very impressed and honestly quite surprised at how positive this experience was. We were gone for 8 days, traveling with 2 toddlers and a bunch of luggage. The process was super easy and efficient and we are very happy with our decision as it saved us about $150 vs Uber or terminal parking. The parking lot is completely paved, in good condition, and felt very safe. We would feel comfortable leaving our Escalade there on a future trip. Note that you should budget in an addiitonal 30 minutes to your airport trip.
