Everything was great except the shuttle at night service back to the parking ends at 23 hrs but we got back in Uber fast its easy to get the bus that takes you to the taxi Uber pick up place the rest is excellent recommendation is if you could extend pick up hours I will use this parking again!!!

My new favorite spot process was easy will definitely park here again.

The wait time for shuttle was over 45 minutes. I called 5 times. The van smelt like fresh smoking. The driver did not assist with bags he just sat in the drivers seat. Poor shuttle service.

First time Prime park user. Best parking experience in ten years! It almost makes flying out of LAX fun... Well almost.
