Upon my return for transportation would have been generous if the driver had assisted me with my carry on bag as he did with the other passengers travel bags!

Checking in was extremely easy. Leaving was more difficult since the parking attendant wasn’t available.

Very convenient to the airport. The shuttle staff were friendly, and the shuttle was on time for both pickup and drop-off. There was plenty of parking available, and the lots were well lit, providing a sense of security and safety for vehicles. I will definitely use this parking location again when traveling.

It was my first time parking here for a trip. More information would be helpful, such as asking if it’s your first time and providing directions on where to park. That would be nice, but overall it was great. Thanks.
