The parking lot is within a 715 minute walk to terminals. Depending on where you park in the lot. Its a narrow rectangle in shape and consists of two isles of parking one across from the other with a driving lane down the middle. You pull in and find a place to park. You can either go right or left to park after you enter. If you go left its a closer walk to terminals because thats the way to the terminals. But if theres no parking youll have to reverse all the way back cause there is no room to turn around. If you go right youre going further from the terminals but thats the gamble. The further you go down further from the terminals. Theres only one entrance and exit. To exit you have to enter the middle isle and reverse down to exit where you entered. So be mindful of that in relation to where you park. Cause youll have to come all the way backwards to exit. Can be stressful if youre not good at driving reverse down a narrow lane an unknown distance pending on where or how far you parked down that isle. It was good for what I needed and had no issues parking reversing and walking quickly with multiple bags. But if youre not good with anything I mentioned you might want to go a different routeone with a shuttle and easier parking. The few bucks you save might be worth spending in an easier parking lot.

Good place to park on a budget. Close to Burbank airport short walk and great price.

It's not like airport valet parking but it's also way cheaper and a 6minute walk from the lot to the Burbank Terminal. Unless parking becomes less expensive elsewhere Southwest is the best value option for parking at Burbank Airport.If you plan on arriving after dark you do have to walk out of the terminal and down the street for about two blocks with your bags.

I did not have a shuttle, I was within walking distance of my flight. It was fast and courteous parking. Attendants were wonderful. Location was great.

The security was non existent. I thought sure I was coming back to my vehicle on blocks with all content stolen. I worried about my vehicle the whole time. I had to leave valuables in the vehicle based on prior circumstances and thought sure they would be gone. But nothing happened.

I would build on the fencing and security options to inspire more confidence in your customers.

Other than that great experience.

Parking lot is old and tired but a space is a space. 15.00 is the draw.

Super easy parking, friendly attendants, 5 min walk to airport terminal. Will definitely do again!

Within walking distance from the airport (make sure you know how to get there). Staff is super friendly and supportive.

Convenient to Bob Hope Airport AND Amtrak/MetroLink. We flew up and Trained down, so it was perfect. Rather long and narrow lot along roadway - so drive your smaller car. No shuttle, so why ask that question. But if there are 2+ in your car, drop 1 + the luggage off 1st at the airport, then park - real easy. Last exercise you'll get for a while!

First time using this parking. Staff was helpful. Short walk to terminal. Good price.
