The lot location actual shuttle and checkincheckout are good. But be sure to check for return info before you leave how and where to get the return shuttle. My lot required a call for pick up and the phone number was not included on my receipt.

The shuttle was at our car as soon as we got out and was waiting at the airport for us when we returned. Very pleasantly surprised!

Attendants at check in and check out were very polite. Drivers to and from airport were very courteous and accommodating. Just a bit of a wait time upon being picked up but no big deal. Over all a good experience and I will use Thrifty again for my next travel to the Buffalo airport.

This is my second time parking at Elliott Airport Parking. They are fabulous! Polite and friendly. I will definitely go back.
