Price was right! Drivers were courteous, counter staff was efficient - I recommend this Travel Time parking lot to everyone.

Nice, efficient, courteous. I made reservation easily online in advance. Quickly moved from the facility to shuttle and airport. Minimal wait time upon return for pickup. Car was ready and waiting when we arrived and driver moved my luggage from the van to my car while I checked out. Very nicely done. Great price. I will look first to use them again when I travel from JAX in the future. They also offer oil change and car wash/wax services, but I did not try that.

The location is difficult to identify - there is no clear signage.

The guys here did a terrific job. Someone was there to greet me the moment I pulled up, which being there at 4am was pretty impressive to say the least. When I returned, the shuttle was already waiting for me and my car was pulled up and in pristine. I will use these guys always from now on.

These people were the best. I had no delay between the time I arrived to their site to when the shuttle was ready to go. And it was the same when I returned. It took a while for the phone to answer, but then it did and I could give them my tag number and I barely walked across the street to Pole 1 and they were there ready to shuttle me back. Before I left I took their card and will definitely do this again.

Cheap, convenient, and hassle free. The parking lot has a lot of dirt on the ground. Car will be a little dusty depending on how long your stay may be.

Close, easy, and reasonably priced!
