When we returned from our trip the shuttle arrived within 5 minutes! Our trip was extended due to United delays and it was easy to pay the additional day of fees at the exit gate... very convenient.

WallyPark Express is a great parking location for LAX. I will definitely park there again.

This was the worst experience on check out. Flight was late getting in. Person checking me out would not provide any documentation or a receipt to me showing that she was charging me a late fee. Even though I had paid for 5 full days, I only used the lot for 4 1/2 days. She was rude and said "that is just the way it is". Her computer "could not print out a receipt showing that I was paying a late charge". I do NOT recommend this parking facility.

The system needs to be a little more specific. When you arrive you just park. The shuttle picks you up and takes you to the airport. You are left wondering if you needed to mention to the office that your car is there.

When you get back you call and they pick you up, but you need to have your ticket. If not, you go into panic mode trying to find the ticket.

Overall, it's was nice to have this as a convinience. Just be more specific about what we are doing.

The QR code scan system seems to be sluggish it took multiple attempts to clear. Other than that everything was fine. I'm particularly impressed with how fast the shuttle bus showed up despite it was after midnight.

Slow to pick up, 35 minutes even after texting them upon arrival at baggage area, and again 15 minutes later. The cashier had a nasty attitude when I could not find my ticket (which I eventually did find) she complained about all the paperwork she had to do. I told her I wasn't in the mood for the attitude after waiting with my family of 5 with little kids at the hotel shuttle stop for 35 minutes and she told me to take it to the front office, she has nothing to do with them and did not want to hear it...... I have parked at the other Wally Park facility quite a bit over the last 20 years. I will park at neither the express or the regular one again. They need new management, poorly run with poor attitudes (except the drivers, they were OK).
