I got lost finding the facility, but luckily got to the airport right on time

The shuttle service back from the airport after my return flight was fine, but the staff couldn't find my keys or my car and was very disorganized. I was a corporate executive and the process should've be fairly simple. My ticket number should be the same as my keys and should be hanging on a board for easy access. I'm not sure what the procedure is at Wally Park, but it was not very efficient or well thought out. I probably will be reluctant to use them again.

I texted my ticket number ahead. Still, they could not find the keys for the car blocking mine for 45 minutes. Then the ticket I was given expired and I could not get out. Then the exit gate ticket reader was not working right! Not an experience I want to repeat.

Location was good, shuttles were good, price was good. Two bad things:

1. I was fairly sure they left my car window down during the stay, and it rained. They denied this ("oh no, that dampness is just the valet's coat when he fetched it") but it was pretty obvious. The floor mat was soaked and the driver's seat was damp all over. No damage per se, but the refusal to admit or apologize was obnoxious. If my car had been expensive, I'd be doing more than writing a poor review. They asked me to leave the window open on arrival (keys in the car, window rolled down) and then clearly forgot to close it. Valet FAIL.

2. The staff were very friendly, but gave no feedback you were in the right place, or if they needed anything... there were several people standing around and no hints who I should actually speak to or what the process was. I arrived at the desk and was basically ignored for a few minutes. They could do better.

I have used Wally for quite some time and the service has gone severely downhill. I have waited 30-45 minutes for pick up at the airport everytime over the last few months. They admitted that they have decreased their number of shuttles, which are also falling apart.

Very conveniently located. Good value. On arrival we didn't have to wait for the shuttle to drop us off. It was ready to go when we got there. On return we waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up and bring us to the parking lot. Also had to wait a few minutes to get our keys once we arrived. They could use another person at the desk to check people out.

Overall though a good bang for the buck. Will use again.

Excellent, I would definitely use again.

I've used WallyPark several times in the past and had good experiences. However, this time there were two things which really concerned me:

1) Our passenger seat was reclined when we picked up our car. It was not like that when we dropped off.

2) The radio was tuned to a station we never listen to.

This leads me to believe our vehicle was used by your staff in some manner as it sat parked for two weeks. If so, that is unacceptable.
