Good overall experence. Staff was prompt and courteous. Office and drop off area needs improvement, I would assume they are in the process as they recently moved to this new location.

The best. I've been using various parking places over the years and finally found my "forever home" for LAX.

Very convenient, been going here for 2 years now, low key, not your name brand company, but get the job done, my wife will try by herself next time.

I wasted a lot of time trying to find this parking lot as it was not identified by either "The Park at LAX" or it's stated address. After wasting ten minutes circling the area in the dark, I finally had to call them and was advised to enter a parking lot with a different name and address. Upon finally arriving (frustrated) and telling them to properly label their business - so people can actually find it, the clerk suggested that I had a "bad attitude" and needed to find another place to park. I then had to scramble to find another lot and almost missed my flight.

Unbelievable.

Great place, speedy drop off and pick up from airport. Paid for covered parking, but the car was dirty with dust appeared to have been left outside.

I've had good experiences in the past, but this time the 45-minute wait for the shuttle to pick up at the airport soured the experience. It was the end of a holiday weekend, which exposed a problem with Park at LAX - not enough shuttles.

800 # was busy first few times calling after landing. Since your shuttles are a bit slow, people probably end up calling too early which compounds the issue. Shuttle driver drive way too fast in the rain getting us back. There were 4 of us in the van and we all were terrified. He also did not look in your parking lot when backing up and could have hit me and the other vehicle he was pulling up to. Bathroom pretty gross. Seems like this place has changed names a few times, needs someone who cares!

Biggest complaint was the driver. He drove extremely fast with hard turns and erratic driving. Everyone in the van told him to slow down!

This place is the real deal. I'll be using it again. Much easier and faster to use than other more expensive places.

Took over an hour to get back to the parking lot from the terminal. Unexceptable!
