Our experience with Park2Go was generally positive and we would use them again. The value was pretty good as their rates were very competitive. Our car was in good shape when we picked it up and it was ready for us when the shuttle brought us back. On our way to catch our flight, the shuttle came very quickly. On our return flight, we did have to wait a bit for the shuttle, between 20-25 minutes. They did seem very, very busy then. Our only issue was our flight was delayed three hours, so we went over our time to pick up our car. The charge for that was fairly high. I realize it is not their fault our plane was late but those three hours were pretty expensive. Our driver was polite and safe and the van was clean and nice.

I have used Park 2 Go multiple times, as my experience has been consistently good. They have proven reliable, which keeps me coming back.

Could have been better if the shuttle picked us on time. We had to wait 45 min after we landed because the dispatcher forgot to notify the driver to pick us up. It was snowing and cold outside that evening. Luckily we called back to after 30 minutes of waiting.

The shuttle van could use a good cleaning. Otherwise, the personnel were courteous and helpful. The shuttle was prompt in taking us to the terminal and picking us up at the terminal. Will continue to park there.

Our first time using this parking service - great location in proximity to the airport. So, if you\'re running a little late, this is where you want to be! They check you in and out as well as pick you up quickly. Plus when you call ahead to be picked up after your trip, they have your car ready and waiting for you so you are all set to go... couldn\'t ask for better service!

I did not realize it was a valet park, so it was a bit confusing till I got checked in.
