The front lady was horrible and so rude. I called multiple times and every single time I called she was rude. She even hung up on us once after I asked a simple question. This place I would highly recommend if there was more personable people working in the front. She isn't a good representation of the company at all.

Almost everything was wonderful. The only improvement I would suggest is to inform customers where to wait at the airport for the shuttle. I am hearing-impaired, tried to call to get this info over the phone, couldn't hear and understand the answers, so requested another person beside me to mediate the call for me.

Everything was great.. it took a little longer to get picked up at the airport though.

Arrived around 5 am. No one available for valet as I paid for and shuttle service not operating. I ended up self parking, which requires you to go to use only the top levels of structure. The shuttle wasn't called over the radio ("get here asap") until I asked an employee when it would arrive (it had been at least 10 minutes, almost 15 since I had entered the structure). After waiting about 8 minutes more, I finally called an Uber because I didn't want to be late for my flight.

Pick up was fine and checkout was easy.

We always use 105. Great location in and out off freeway. Nice buses and staff. They try to avoid traffic if possible to get you to your terminal asap.

Checking in was no problem, but coming back from our trip, we had to wait for 50 minutes before we were picked up. there was one shuttle that just sped by and did not stop at the designated wait area eventhough it was empty.we called the office and asked why and they did not have an answer and indicated that they are sending another shuttle instead. it was a nightmare and very disappointing.

Getting to the airport was great, but when we arrived to return back to our car the shuttle took 30 min. We called twice then the driver stayed in the far right lane which took another 30 min just to get back to our car. It was crowded, but we noticed other airport parking vans come by 3 times before 105 parking did. The drivers were nice.

Had zero issues. Made my reservation online approximately 3 hours before I parked my car at 4am. I self parked my vehicle, took my ticket (ticket is needed to call shuttle). I didn't use the shuttle on the way to LAX.

On my return I called the number provided for the shuttle on the parking ticket. The shuttle picked me up within 10 minutes. Please ignore the negative reviews. This was the most seemless parking situation I've ever dealt with. The staff was friendly and helped me finish up what was owed upon my rearrival to LAX. Overall very pleased with my experience and will use 105 LAX parking in the future.

Worked as expected - nothing to complain about.

If not for the terrible wait time for the shuttle, I would certainly use this facility again and recommend it to others. But it took at least 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive at LAX airport.

Saving grace was the parking staff who promptly answered my phone call and courteously assured me that the shuttle was on its way. However, the estimated time of arrival could not be ascertained. It was frustrating.
