It was my first time using this parking facility. I was picked up very quickly and both drivers were very courteous and friendly. Will use this service in the future.

It's a good place to park except the elevator was broken. I had to walk up stairs.

If not for the terrible wait time for the shuttle, I would certainly use this facility again and recommend it to others. But it took at least 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive at LAX airport.

Saving grace was the parking staff who promptly answered my phone call and courteously assured me that the shuttle was on its way. However, the estimated time of arrival could not be ascertained. It was frustrating.
