The pick up instructions indicated there was a $15 voucher towards the lyft/uber on the return to pick up the vehicle. When we used the uber app it automatically charged us. There was no directions given on how to use or locate the voucher. Other than that we were very happy with the parking.

I was concerned about the distance from LAX airport, but the shuttle is very accessible and the driver will even keep in touch with you on the way back. I was very impressed and will use AC Hotel by Marriott parking services again. The price is overall much lower than other places.

Easy check in for valet. I really like that they charge my EV prior to pick up. Text to pick up car worked well. Getting in contact with shuttle for pick up at terminal not easy - took several calls. Driver was really surly.

They have complimentary Tesla charging and that helps a lot. Valet attendant is friendly and helpful (Jesus)

Valet and parking has been fantastic at AC. Employees are always in a great mood and willing to help. Shuttle service has been fantastic as well.

Friendly staff, quick shuttle service, and my car was waiting when I arrived back at the facility. Indoor valet parking at a very reasonable cost.

Message: I arrived at the AC Hotel checked in and was on my way to the airport in less than 30 min. However on my way back I waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up. The number I was told to call or text would not pick up or respond it would go straight to voicemail. After multiple texts voicemail messages and between 1-2 calls I finally called the hotel directly they told me to call the number again as dispatch was going to be picking up. Again multiple calls later no answer. I called the hotel direct again who then made arrangements for my pick up. The shuttle driver picked me up and then proceeded to make 2 more rounds around the airport after picking me up and complaining and cussing the whole way and driving like a maniac. I finally made it to the AC to pick up my car. I did let the hotel staff know how bad the driver was hopefully something will be done.I won't be using the AC for parking again which is a shame because it is a nice place to park and very close but after a long trip home the last thing you want is to wait for over an hour to make it to your parked car.

This was a perfect spot to park! Great location, great service to LAX and quick pick up. Highly recommend!

Shuttle going from the location to the airport told us 15 mins to pick up and we waited almost 40. Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful. Would park here again and recommend to others. Price was great compared to other lots around.

Excellent service. Arrived and was taken almost immediately to the airport. The driver was friendly and explained the drop-off and pickup. On arrival, the wait was minimal, and the car was ready as soon as we got back to the parking structure. 10 out of 10.
